How do I return an item I purchased from you?

Our return policy lasts 30 days; great news if you have a habit of late night shopping and you bought that bright purple set that you regret.

Please email us your return request, including your original order number and the reason why you wish to return any or specific items in your order. We will respond with further instructions on how to return the item (subject to return approval).

If your return is approved, please make sure your item is well packaged so that it does not get damaged in transit. We don’t mind what you wrap it in – old newspapers are fine. However, we do not allow old socks. We are not Dobby the house elf!

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest and easiest way is to reorder the item you want and then email us with instructions on how to return the unused item for a refund. This way, you will receive the correct item quickly and we will process your refund once the item is returned to us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, assuming everything is OK, we will refund the value of the product (excluding any postage originally paid) back to the form of payment originally used. Please allow a few days for the funds to be credited back to your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within seven business days of returning your item, please contact us first to confirm that the refund has been received. If they have already received it and we have processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company, but remember that it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited back to your account.
